One of my greatest passions is teaching and motivating young people to work harder, give 100%, and let their true personality shine through while performing!

 

I've taught for the Joffrey Musical Theater Intensive for 3 years, teaching Musical Theater Dance and Tap. I've also taught for Broadway Across America, and been a guest artist and choreographer for dance studios from Northern California to Queens, NY! I also regularly judge and host dance competitions. As a performer, I have worked for Broadway choreographers including Andy Blankenbuehler, Sergio Trujillo, Denis Jones, Kathleen Marshall, and Chet Walker.

 

My classes and workshops are first and foremost, FUN. I love to help performers find their own interpretation of material and encourage them to find their own voice. Personality over perfection! We always work hard, and the pace of the class is tailored to the level of the dancers.

It's important to me to create an atmosphere where each dancer feels comfortable to work hard and thrive in showing what makes them unique.

Workshop offerings that include a full dancing/singing Musical Theater Audition Workshop co-taught with a Broadway star, or a Musical Theater Dance workshop, Fosse Intensive, a Heels or Tap workshop, or any combination of the above!
